Busy, busy week.

STATE GOLF: The Shelley boys and girls each claimed their fourth consecutive 3A team title on Tuesday at Idaho Falls Country Club. Click here for the story. A number of local 4A and 2A golfers also fared well.

4A SOFTBALL: Click here to check out Blackfoot’s bracket, as the Broncos (17-8) will be playing Emmet (18-7)  in my hometown of Post Falls for a shot at state hardware.

3A SOFTBALL: Click here to check out Snake River’s bracket. Snake River (19-4)  will open against tournament host Kimberly (23-3) at p.m. on Thursday. 

TRACK: All six area high schools will be represented at the Idaho State Track & Field Championships hosted this weekend at Boise State University. Click here for the heats.

SIGNED: Blackfoot standout defensive lineman Steven Wood has signed with NJCAA Eastern Arizona College.
